WELL PUMP & WATER TREATMENTS
Water Analysis
Are experiencing a funny taste, odor or color to your water? Our job is to make sure we're providing refreshing solutions for your water treatment. We start with a comprehensive water analysis which will help us determine if a more in-depth test is needed in order to diagnose the issue. Some common water treatment methods include:
Filtration
- Mechanical Filtration: Involves passing water through a physical barrier to remove larger particles.
- Activated Carbon Filtration: Uses activated carbon to remove impurities and contaminants.
Coagulation and Flocculation
- Chemicals are added to water to create flocs (clumps), which attract and trap impurities, making it easier to remove them.
Sedimentation
- Allows particles to settle at the bottom of a container, facilitating their removal.
Disinfection
- Chlorination: Uses chlorine to kill bacteria and other microorganisms.
- UV Disinfection: Exposes water to ultraviolet light to inactivate microorganisms.
Reverse Osmosis
- Forces water through a semi-permeable membrane to remove contaminants.
Ion Exchange
- Replaces undesirable ions with more acceptable ions through the use of resin beads.
Distillation
- Involves heating water to create steam, which is then condensed back into liquid form, leaving impurities behind.
